On Monday, October 9th, 2023, join us as we honor Indigenous Peoples’ Day and the Weyanoke tribe that resided at Shirley prior to 1613, and the Chickahominy tribe that is still very active in Charles City County today.

On Monday, October 9th, 2023, there is no charge to visit Shirley and explore the grounds, gardens, exhibits, and seven 18th-century outbuildings.
