Visit Shirley’s Gift Shop and Take a Guided Tour Today!

Shirley is offering modified guided tours of the home’s first floor Wednesdays through Saturdays at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 and in accordance with Virginia’s Phase 3 requirements, Shirley is offering modified guided tours of the home’s first floor. 

The modified guided tour lasts between 20-25 minutes and allows guests to tour the first floor Hall and Parlor. Guests will be able to view but not enter the Dining Room or the Bed Chamber due to the need to maintain social distancing. Due to COVID-19 and the need to adjust the tour length to adhere to Virginia’s Phase 3 requirements, each guided tour admission price has been reduced by $5.

Availabilities and tour capacities are limited. Advance purchase of admission for guided tours is highly recommended. Please check our calendar for availabilities. 

In accordance with Virginia state mandate masks or face coverings must be worn for the entirety of the tour. This includes any outdoor portions of the tour. Guests who are not wearing masks will not be permitted on the guided tour. Refunds will not be given to guests who arrive without a mask.

Shirley’s grounds, gardens, and outbuildings are open to the public Tuesdays – Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM with the exit gate closing at 5:00 PM.

Shirley’s Gift Shop is open Wednesdays – Saturdays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
